Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Carseldine Central Shopping Centre Pty Ltd (ABN 79 903 110 576) of 735 Beams Road, Carseldine QLD 4034 (Promoter).

Promotion Period

The promotion will run on Thursday 9 April and Friday 10 April 2026 during centre trading hours, or until all promotional stock has been exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Eligibility

Participation in the promotion is open to customers of Carseldine Central.

Children must be aged 3 years or over and must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

To be eligible, participants must:

• SPEND $10 or more in a single transaction at any participating Carseldine Central retailer;

• COLLECT the original receipt from the qualifying purchase; and

• PRESENT the receipt to promotional staff at the designated redemption location within Carseldine Central.

Employees, contractors, and tenants of the Promoter and their immediate family members may participate but must comply with all terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to deem any participant ineligible where these conditions are not met.

Kit Inclusions

Each eligible participant will receive one (1) Sweet Delights Take-Home Kit, which contains ingredients and instructions to create one of the following items:

• Mini Rocky Road Pizza

• Vanilla Slice Cups

• Mango Bliss Mini Pavlovas

Kit varieties will be distributed at random and are subject to availability.

The Promoter does not guarantee the availability of any specific kit type.

Participants acknowledge that kits may contain allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.

The Promoter makes no representations regarding allergen-free products, and all items are accepted and used at the participant’s own risk.

Entry Mechanics & Redemption Requirements

To participate, customers must spend $10 or more in a single transaction at any Carseldine Central retailer and present their original same-day receipt to activation staff at the designated promotional area within the centre.

Upon verification of the receipt, participants will be issued with one (1) Sweet Delights Take-Home Kit, subject to availability.

Receipts must be original, unaltered, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or redeemed more than once.

Split transactions are not permitted.

A limit of one (1) kit applies per qualifying transaction, with a maximum of three (3) kits per family per day.

The Promoter reserves the right to request identification to verify eligibility and to refuse redemption where fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

Kit Availability

A total of 150 kits will be available per day and will be distributed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

No holds, exchanges, or pre-reservations will be permitted.

Once daily stock has been exhausted, the promotion will cease for that day.

Surprise & Delight Giveaway

During the promotion period, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, randomly distribute eight (8) $50 dining vouchers to participating customers as part of a surprise and delight initiative.

Vouchers are awarded at random. Receipt of a voucher is not guaranteed and is not a condition of participation.

Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash and may be subject to individual retailer terms and expiry dates.

Participating retailers may include Tantulli’s Italian, Lim Kee Chinese Restaurant, 5 Boroughs, Sushi Train, Nando’s, Little Red Dumpling and Fryhard Takeaway, although the Promoter reserves the right to substitute participating retailers at any time.

General Conditions

This promotion is delivered by Larf Productions (ABN 92 139 855 600) on behalf of the Promoter.

Carseldine Central is located at 735 Beams Road, Carseldine QLD 4034.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all receipts and participant eligibility at any time and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent documentation, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its contractors exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion, including but not limited to participation in the promotion or use of the kit contents, except for any liability which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged kits once they have been distributed.

If the promotion is unable to run as planned due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical failures, supply issues, weather events, or government restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion.

By participating in the promotion, attendees (and their parent or guardian) consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. The Promoter may use such content for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, unless otherwise advised at the time of the event.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Privacy

Personal information may be collected as part of participating in this promotion, including for purposes such as redemption verification, attendance tracking, safety, or administration.

Participation in some activations may not require the collection of personal information; however, where information is provided, it must be accurate and complete.

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will only be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, including contacting participants where required.

Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes without the participant’s prior consent (or, where applicable, the consent of a parent or legal guardian).

The Promoter may disclose personal information to third-party contractors or service providers (such as event suppliers) strictly for the purpose of facilitating the promotion.

The Promoter will not share personal information with unrelated third parties unless required or authorised by law.

The Promoter may collect and use non-identifiable, aggregated data for internal reporting, analysis, and evaluation of the workshop.

Participants (or their parent/guardian) consent to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
