Carseldine Central April Dining Deals Giveaway (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”).

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All entry instructions and Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions. This Promotion is held at Carseldine Central of 735 Beams Road, Carseldine, Brisbane, QLD 4034, Australia.

The Promotion commences on Saturday, 1st April 2023 at 9am and concludes on Sunday, 30th April at 9pm (unless extended at the sole option of the Manager) (Promotion Period). Entry in the Promotion is only open to people located in the state of Queensland (Entrants).

Entry in the Promotion is subject to:

a. the Entrant making a purchase of $5.00 or more at a Carseldine Central food and beverage retailer during the Promotion Period (Purchase); and

b. If customers want the chance to win $50 or $100 Carseldine Central food and beverage retailer Gift Cards, customers must fill in their details on the form provided including their first name, last name & email address.

Participation in the ‘April Dining Deals Giveaway’ promotion may occur during the operating hours of 5am – 11pm daily during the Promotion Period.

Conditions of Entry 9. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to participate in the Promotion. Where an Entrant is under 18 years of age, or has a disability, and participates in the Promotion their legal guardian takes full responsibility for that Entrant and all risk and liability associated with that Entrant’s involvement in the Promotion and for the Entrant’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Carseldine Central food and beverage retailers include 5 Boroughs, Burrito Bar, Domino’s, Fryhard, Lim Kee Chinese Restaurant, Little Red Dumpling, Nando’s, Ray’s Patisserie, Ronny’s, Sugar Shack Café, Sushi Train, Tantulli’s Italian, and Zarraffa’s Coffee.

If for any reason a winner of one or more Promotion prizes, does not claim the prize or any element of the prize within thirty (30) days of announcement then that prize or that element of that prize may be forfeited in the Promoter’s discretion.

Entrants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period a maximum of once (1) per day, per person provided that for each entry in the Promotion the Entrant provides a legible, complete, receipt for a Purchase during the Promotion Period and complies with these Terms and Conditions.

Receipts from partial lay-bys, bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills), alcohol, tobacco, TAB and Lotto, or which are otherwise indecipherable or incomplete will not be accepted as receipts for the purpose of entry into the Promotion.

Receipts cannot be added together to total the required spend of $5.00 at a Carseldine Central food and beverage retailer for entry into the Promotion.
